Useful AI starts with your process, not with the tool.

I'm Pedro Cunha, an engineer and CTO. I help small and mid-sized businesses put AI to work in customer service, operations and everyday decisions.

What I do

Three ways to start.

01

Assessment and consulting

I map how work gets done today and show where AI pays off. And where it does not.

02

Agents and automation

I build what we agreed on: WhatsApp support that sounds like your company, systems that talk to each other, and routines that run on their own and warn you when something goes off track.

03

Mentoring and training

I teach your team to work with AI every day: what to delegate, how to review, and where to keep a person in charge.

Every project has its own scope. Pricing comes after the assessment.

How I work

Understand first. Then build.

  1. 01

    Processes

I learn how work happens today: who does what, where it gets stuck, what repeats.

  2. 02

    Context

I organize what the AI needs to know about your company: how you serve customers, the rules, the exceptions. The prompt is just the tip. Context is what makes the answer sound like you.

  3. 03

    Building

I build in small pieces. You use each piece as soon as it is ready, and anything sensitive goes past a person first.

  4. 04

    Measuring

Before we start, we agree on what will be measured. At the end, you see the before and after.

Background

I have switched industries a few times.

What I carry from one to the next is architecture and product, and the habit of understanding a process before changing it.

FAQ

What people usually ask me.

How does the free assessment work?

In 30 minutes you tell me how work happens today and where it hurts. You leave with a list of what AI can solve, what is not worth it, and where I would start. No strings attached.

Do I need to replace the systems I already use?

Almost never. First I check whether your system accepts integrations. If it does, the AI talks to it. I only suggest replacing it when no information can get in or out.

Does it work on WhatsApp?

Yes, and it is one of the most common requests: answering after hours, handling questions and routing people to booking, in your company's tone. When a topic needs a person, the conversation goes to your team.

Where does my data live?

In the tools you already pay for or in accounts under your company's name. Before we start, we agree on what the AI can read, what it never sees, and who approves anything sensitive.

Do I need a technical team?

No. I handle the technical side and document everything. Your team learns to use and review it. If you want, I train whoever will run it day to day.

How long does it take and how much does it cost?

It depends on the scope. After the assessment you get a proposal with what will be done, in what order, the timeline and the price.
